Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years exiled from Crossbell, returns to the town he grew up in to keep his brother’s legacy as well as join Crossbell Police Department. The moment he gets there, he finds that he has been assigned to the Special Support Section. This is the division that takes care of minor and odd demands. His new team includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who is womanizing); and Tio Plato (young technological genius).
Lloyd and his team continue their fight for a better city, even though the department they work for is criticized by the media.
